As you exit the terminal, immediately turn left. Walk. You’ll see a parking garage on your right. Keep walking. The Copernicus Center is on your left at the end of the street. This entire walk will take you about 2 minutes, tops.

No, that’s not really our style. There will be plenty of tables and chairs for everyone. If you feel strongly about having assigned seating, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, both events are under the same roof. The ceremony will be inside the theatre on the west side of the building and the reception will be in The Annex on the east side of the building.

We have asked the incredible Smoque BBQ to cater the wedding, and we’re excited. Southern-style barbecue done with reverent flair. We’ll be having the beef brisket, the pulled pork, and smoked chicken, as well as Mac’n’Cheese, beans, and cornbread, all buffet-style.

For our vegetarian/vegan friends, we’re bringing in some vegan BBQ from the Soul Vegetarian. It’s phenomenal!

We’re calling it “Cocktail Casual”, somewhere in between Dressy Casual and Cocktail Attire. The entire wedding is indoors, and air-conditioned, so no need to plan for rain or too much sweating (until you boogie with us in the Dance portion of the evening). Look Pretty! Look Handsome! In other words, have some fun, but don’t stress or spend a bunch of cash on a new pair of shoes.
